Sensory Untapped Rules
Welcome to Sensory Untapped! We're super happy you decided to join our community; as with every community there are rules in place to make sure that everything stays fun and engaging. These are the rules. Please follow them to avoid consequence. (They're pretty easy to follow)
1. No multiple accounts without permission from administrators
- Only a few exceptions to this are allowed including; separate user accounts storing additional Sensory Credits / Pokemon / Items (in this case, they must all be clearly labeled as to make sure it's known that it's an alt account[Example: BlackEnvyXStorage])
- Said previous mentioned and any other alt accounts may not vote in contests
- Only one storage account is allowed
2. No impersonating staff members; no exceptions
3. No pointless spam is allowed
- We all understand that threads may deviate off-topic, and that's fine. This rule is mostly for people who just run across random threads spamming one word / one letter sentences.
- Necroposting (Bumping dead threads) falls under this if your reasons for bumping aren't substantial. (Substantial reasons; Asking a question about material in the thread, continuing a conversation, etc)
- No posting duplicate threads
4. All standard threads must be in English
- Any non-English threads must be approved by Moderators / Administrators (please send a private message to a moderator or admin to get a thread approved, label the private message clearly as "Language Thread Approval" or something similar to indicate)
- Don't attempt to put something in a different language to circumvent the rules, it's easy to paste a paragraph in a translator to get a general idea of what's being said. For more specific things that the translator can't pick up, we all have friends who can speak different languages.
5. Sharing accounts is prohibited at all times, even between family members. No exceptions.
6. Flaming users / staff is prohibited
- Heated discussions will occur; it's important that you know the difference between flaming and getting heated. (Example: Flaming = You're an idiot because this, this, and that. Heated discussion = This, this and that are idiotic) When in arguments, if something not to your liking is being said, address what they're saying, don't make personal attacks.
- "Following" users (posting in every thread a user has just posted in) in an attempt to start arguments for no reason is considered flaming (we'll know the difference between flat out aggravated flaming and someone being belligerent in multiple threads
7. Warez, hacks, and discussion on such materials or anything else illegal is prohibited at all times. No exceptions.
8. Dialogue that hatefully attacks any race / religion / people / etc in any way is prohibited. No exceptions.
9. Advertising is to be kept to signatures, and threads in which advertising is endorsed
10. Pornography, extremely violent content and anything of said nature is prohibited. For obvious reasons.
