"Scalia’s Death Offers Best Chance in a Generation to Reshape Supreme Court" www.nytimes.com/2016/02/19/us/politics/scalias-death-offers-best-chance-in-a-generation-to-reshape-supreme-court.htmlIf you follow American politics and law even slightly, you've probably heard of Antonin Scalia's passing, and realized how monumental the next few months could be in reshaping the Supreme Court. A showdown between President Obama and Congressional Republicans on this issue is almost certainly coming over a potential nominee to succeed Scalia, and will probably become one of the biggest issues this election year.

It seems as though 2016 will more than likely be the most divisive year in politics of the 21st century so far honestly.

I wouldn't be surprised. There's a lot at stake in this election, and potentially just as much with the Supreme Court issue, where a lifetime appointment can set the tone of the Court for decades to come.

I don't agree with a lot of the current court's decisions so I think a shift to the left would be much needed.

Possibly, as long as it doesn't result in unnecessary tax increases that would cause even more of America's wealthy to jump off-shore.
