What if Corrosion allowed Poison attacks to hit Steel types?

As most of us know, Salandit / Salazzle's ability is a nice little niche, allowing you to use Toxic on Poison / Steel types. However there's a problem with this ability, and it's that Steel types are still immune to offensive Poison moves. So what if this ability allowed you to use offensive Poison attacks on Steel types? Being able to spam Sludge Bomb with reckless abandon, spreading status and high damage everywhere due to the ability to poison everything. I think Salazzle would become a top tier OU threat.
