Stantler
Type: Ice / Flying
Abilities: Vital Spirit / Hustle / Insomnia
Stats:
HP: 45
Attack: 55
Defense: 45
Special Attack: 65
Special Defense: 45
Speed: 75
Description: Delibird is often referred to as a joke among fully evolved Pokemon due to his low stats and terrible defensive typing; but there's a niche hidden in his icy feathers in the form of Hustle with STAB Priority and a decent movepool. Let's take a look at what Delibird can do:
252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Garchomp: 396-468 (110.9 - 131%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Seed Bomb vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 404-476 (102.5 - 120.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Brick Break vs. 4 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 310-366 (48.2 - 57%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Brick Break vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 224-264 (58.1 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Seed Bomb vs. 172 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 302-356 (78.6 - 92.7%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
-1 (Intimidate) 252+ Atk Choice Band Hustle Delibird Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 24 Def Landorus-T: 268-316 (84 - 99%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
As you can see, Delibird hits and it hits hard. Invested base 75 Speed allows it to outspeed some of the tanks of various tiers. Unfortunately it's still held back by paper thin defenses. If you play Delibird to its strengths though, you'll be able to nab some surprising KOs.

Nature: Adamant (+ Atk, - SpA)
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Hustle
Moves:
Ice Shard

Brick Break
Aerial Ace / Ice Punch / Power-Up Punch / Gunk Shot
Set Description: Ice Shard will be your main use move most of the time, nailing opponents for STAB Ice damage coming off of a whopping 514 Attack (higher than Kyurem-B). It will nail a good portion of Pokemon for fantastic damage. Seed Bomb is for coverage against Pokemon like Azumarill and Quagsire. Brick Break is for additional coverage. Last slot is preference; Aerial Ace is additional STAB that nails certain threats like Breloom for additional damage. Ice Punch is full powered non priority STAB that can net some good KOs, Power-Up Punch and Gunk Shot are both niche options.
Set #2: Support Defog
EVs: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+ Spe, - Atk)
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Vital Spirit
Moves:
Defog
Destiny Bond
Ice Beam / Freeze-Dry
Spikes / Toxic / Freeze-Dry
Set Description: Defog is wonderful for clearing the field of hazards, and can be used to play mind games. Destiny Bond is to take out an opponent with you once Delibird has outlived its usefulness. Third slot you can either run Ice Beam for powerful STAB coverage or Freeze-Dry for less powerful STAB but also the ability to hit water types. Last slot is preference; run Spikes if you want to put up a layer before Delibird dies, Toxic for stalling or run both Ice Beam and Freeze-Dry.
Other Options: There are a few other niche sets such as Hustle Sub Focus Punch, but they're very situational. Delibird doesn't have very many other options.
